How To Work With Energy?

A few things to first understand:

  1. Everything in the Universe is made up of energy, including your physical body, your thoughts, feelings, emotions, and all experiences. Begin looking at your existence from a vibrational point of view. When you know you are energy, and you’re using conscious fields of energy to bring about the change to your existing vibration, it becomes easier to understand the process of change.
  2. Energy has varying degrees of consciousness, depending entirely on its purpose and realm of existence. In higher planes of existence, the consciousness of energy would be much higher, whilst on lower planes, consciousness will be lower. 
  3. Every second of your life, you are manifesting your entire present reality. In other words, you already are a master at manifestation. The only thing lacking is the awareness of this fact. When you realise this truth, manifesting your desire becomes easier. All you have to do, is to change what you are presently doing. Only you can do this. 

How do I speak with energy?

Imagine having a best friend, that you completely trust, whom you are able to open up to, speak your mind to, and share your innermost thoughts and feelings with. Not everyone has this, try to imagine it anyway. 

When you’re speaking with energy, pretend that you are speaking with this person – someone you completely trust and are able to speak to openly. If you don’t have a friend like this, not to worry. At least you now have some idea of how to speak with energy.

In other words, just speak as if you’re speaking to a friend, or a person you completely trust. You can do so verbally, or mentally. 

You can start with:

‘Dear energy’, or ‘Dear energy field’, then, just speak. 

The point behind saying ‘dear energy’ is to acknowledge the energy, which also, gives your own body intelligence permission to work with this energy, on more subtle levels of your existence, in this human form. 

Energy, including natural fields of energy, will always remain in a dormant state of consciousness, unless and until you focus upon it. When you do, it comes alive. Meaning, it awakens consciously. You, as a sovereign being, open the door to working with the energy field. It is never the other way around. Natural fields of energy will always wait for your authority. This is the state it exists in nature. 

Thought gives rise to energy, energy follows thought. 

When you acknowledge the energy, it is consciously available to you, then, by shifting your thoughts, you cause the energy to flow to this thought / area. 

Let’s practice this now. 

Think of your right knee. Without looking at your knee, just think of it. Shift your focus here through your thoughts. You’ll notice that you begin to feel your right knee more profoundly. 

Just to clarify, you shift your focus just by thinking about it. 

Now, think of your left earlobe. You’ll notice something, or feel something, around this area. At the very least, you, become aware of it. 

Just by shifting your focus, you’re causing energy to become more conscious in these areas, plus, you’re causing energy to flow into this area.

It’s this simple. Don’t over think it. 

When you play one of the energy field protocols, acknowledge it, then shift your focus, and by doing so, you’re directing the energy field into this spot. 

For example, you want to use the ‘When Nothing Else Works’ protocol to heal your knee pain. You’ll start by thinking about when the pain started. If you know the reason for the pain, play the protocol through speakers, wait a few seconds, then say something like…

 “Dear energy, please flow into my right knee, perform a clearing, removing any and all external energies, then infuse healing energy into the area, into the knee joints, into the ligaments, restoring the knee and all of its parts to full health and functionality”. 

Use your own words. You can say this in any language. Energy works with vibration, not human language. 

Now, you can close your eyes and think about your right knee. Hold your focus here for as long as you can. If your mind wonders, it’s okay. When you become aware, bring your focus back to it. Energy will begin flowing to this area, and will begin doing what you’ve asked it to. 

When done, take a deep breath, then go about your day. 

Congratulations, you’ve begun working with energy

If you want to direct the energy into something more intangible, like an experience, an event, or a situation, then, you follow the above instructions, and instead of thinking of a part of a body, you think of the situation. 

First, a methodology:

1. Define the problem: Before you even select an energy field to work with, spend some time understanding what it is that you’re trying to achieve. If you don’t know what your goal is, you’re not going to notice the changes that are happening. The majority of people have short attention spans, and as result, fail to define the problem, so when changes are happening, they cannot see it, and then give up. 

2. Break down the problem: If it’s a health issue, do some research to understand what the cause of the illness might be. This way, you’ll be able to direct the energy to where it needs to go, and you’ll be able to define what needs to be cleared, if a clearing is warranted. In most instances, we recommend an initial clearing of all stagnant energies. 

      For example, if you are suffering from type 2 diabetes, and you’re using the Heal All protocol to try and heal this in your body, sending this energy into your pancreas won’t do anything, since the issue for type 2 diabetes would be insulin resistance, and not the pancreas. If you just ask the energy to cure diabetes, this won’t work either, since the insulin resistance is a diet and lifestyle issue. 

      Can you now understand why it is essential to do some research to understand exactly what your issue is? This way, you’ll know what you need the energy to do for you. 

      In other words, find the source of your health issues, understand it, so you’ll know what needs healing. 

      If you’re trying to clear the active energy of an issue or a problem with another person(s), objectively think of what the problem might be. Don’t just think that it is the other person’s fault. Consider the role you play in all of this. Absolutely nothing happens without reason in our lives, nor in this universe. When you figure out the true cause, you’ll know exactly what to target using the right field of energy. 

      If it’s a physical change you’re seeking, then think of the reason why! This could be an emotional reaction when you think of the way you look. If it is a physical deformity, think about the limitations, or physical pain this might be causing. This will help you ascertain the trigger for your issue, which should always be cleared. 

      If you can break down the problem(s) into smaller issues you can deal with individually, then do so. It will make it easier for you to achieve your goals. 

      3. Document your starting point: Now that you understand what the problem is, decide on the status quo – where you stand right now. This is your starting point.

      If it’s a physical change, then look in the mirror, to see how you look right now. Take notice of what you look like. This way, when minor changes begin to happen, you will notice. 

      If it’s a health issue, then document your starting point. If we take the diabetes example above, go to your doctor and have a blood test done. Write down your present blood sugar levels. Write down your present diet, etc. 

      If you’re targeting your business, then write down some metrics. For example, your present customer acquisition costs, the daily customer traffic to your store or website, current business plan, marketing plan, etc. You must know what you’re presently doing. 

      The whole idea is to know where you stand, so you can work on changing it, then be able to recognise the changes that are happening whilst working with the protocols. 

      4) Decide on your end point: Now that you know where you’re starting, you need to decide on a realistic goal you want to achieve. 

      By realistic, I’m referring to a goal that you, yourself can accept as being achievable. If you don’t believe in your ability to achieve it, this will become your biggest block, which will result in you giving up before you had the opportunity to achieve any degree of success. 

      You can take an overall goal, that may seem unrealistic, then break that down into smaller, more realistic goals. 

      For example, if you’re almost broke, and you want to become a millionaire, don’t focus on the millions. Establish an overall goal of becoming a millionaire in 2 – 5 years, but then work on smaller goals during this time. Start with generating $10, then $100, then $1000. Build your way up to  the end goal of achieving a million dollars. 

      If your goal is, for example to lose 10 kgs, then start by focusing on the first kg. Notice that 1kg becomes more realistic to achieve? The end goal would be 10kg’s.

      5) Devise a plan: Every goal you want to achieve, should include an action plan that requires some sort of effort on your part. 

      For example, if you want to lose weight, you’ll devise a new diet and exercise plan. 

      If you want to manifest more money, then, you’ll spend time daily on your income generation pathways. 

      If your goal is to increase business, then, you’ll create or modify a marketing plan. 

      The whole idea is to align your entire vibration to your goal. This is best done by applying some sort of effort. 

      When you make an effort, your entire being is invested in the outcome, including the subconscious mind, and the cellular consciousness of your physical being. 

      6) Select a tool to work with: This is where you select either subliminals, morphic fields, or our natural energy field protocols, as tools, which will help you achieve your goal. 

      Notice how file selection is the sixth step in our methodology? Most people start here, and ignore the first five steps. These will be the people that will tell you these tools don’t work. 

      If you follow the first five steps, by now, you’ll know exactly what the problem is, and so, will be in a better position to select the right protocol to help you achieve your goal. 

      Make sure that you’ve chosen the right protocol. If you choose a screw driver to hammer nails into a wall, you won’t achieve any real degree of success, because your chosen tool is meant for something else. 

      7) Begin, and follow through: It is imperative that you follow through with what you’ve planned out in the first six steps. In other words, action your plan. Be disciplined about it. Take 100% responsibility for your success. 

      That’s it! You now know the not so secret, secret, to working with energy. 

      Doesn’t seem so difficult now, does it? 

      Some things to consider:

      • When you begin working with energy, all of your resistance will surface. Let it surface and release. This could be in the form of thoughts, feelings, emotions, eternal events, etc.  The existing energy of the blockage within your present vibration, needs to release. It cannot just vanish. Observe this resistance that is surfacing, acknowledge it, and allow it to go. The acknowledgement part is just recognition.  
      • If your issue is causing you frustration, then it might be helpful to first perform a clearing, using the ‘When Nothing Else Works’ protocol. First write down everything you would like to clear. This list should include things like ‘all stagnant energy, all entities, all attachments, all implants, all thought forms, all foreign energy, all parasites, all cords connected, etc. This will clear the slate, making it easier for you to work on the issue. In a lot of situations, you might find that a simple clearing resolved the issue. 
      • You do not need to feel the energy for it to work. Energy sensitivity has nothing to do with results. 
      • Your vibration is not a constant. Daily life will result in the body focusing resources on other things at times. Hence, you may not feel the energy of the protocols every time. When you are tired or stressed, you are less likely to feel the energy field. This does not mean that the body it is not working with the energy field. It’s just not focusing its entire attention on the energy field, or your goal. 
      • Energy work can be dehydrating. So, it is always a good idea to increase fresh water intake when doing energy work. You’ll notice that your body’s receptivity to the energy field skyrockets when you are well hydrated. We highly recommend using Celtic sea salt in your diet. Best way to use it would be to place a pinch of the salt on your tongue, let the body absorb it for a few seconds, then drink some water. This will help the body get water into the cells of the body. 
      • Do not seek to use any type of tool passively. This is beyond dangerous. Let me explain. When you wish to use subliminals, morphic fields, or programmed energy, passively, you’re handing your sovereign authority to someone or something else. You no longer have control over yourself. The most dangerous part is that you’re effectively opening a door to your vibration to almost anything, including entities. This is why we only work with natural fields of energy, which requires you to consciously engage with it. 
      • Lastly, most of our protocols range between 3 – 5 minutes. If you do not have 5 – 10 minutes a day to work with them, then, your goal or desire isn’t really important to you. Don’t waste your time. Only pursue goals that you truly wish to become a part of your reality. If you truly want it, you’ll never make an excuse in achieving it.
