Push Knowledge Into the Subconscious Mind (Yogic Technique)
Our subconscious minds, process thousands of bits of information per second, and it utilises a combination of our thoughts, feelings and emotions, to give levels of importance to, or reject, the bits of info.
Given the world today, for many, constantly bombarding their subconscious minds with a multitude of unnecessary information, tends to disrupt the workings of the subconscious mind. If not paid attention to, the subconscious mind may reach a stage where it does not respond to the information you would like for it to take seriously. For some, this may be the very reason why they cannot manifest in their lives.
The first thing to do would be to assess your life environment, and see how much information you’re exposing your subconscious mind to, on a daily basis. This includes the clutter in your living spaces, TV use, social media, the conversations you have with others, etc.
From an energy standpoint, it is also advisable to take notice of how you feel when you expose yourself to different media, or how you feel when you walk into different rooms in your living spaces. Being paying attention to your own vibration.
For some, 21 days of controlling your information intake might be enough to bring the subconscious mind back to efficient functioning, but for others, you might need some help.

We’ve achieved this by utilising a Yogic technique used during void meditation, that involves shifting consciousness from one level to another. When this shift occurs, the Subconscious Mind becomes more receptive.
You can use this energy for studying, learning, organising information in your subconscious mind, giving importance to information that you would like the Subconscious Mind to accept and action, etc.
Firstly, please don’t abuse this protocol by looping it for hours. You’ll tired your Subconscious Mind out.
Play the protocol two to three times as you’re about to engage in a task where you want the Subconscious Mind to be receptive. Each time you play it, you should get a window of between 10 – 20 minutes where the Subconscious is highly receptive.
How long this time frame is depends on your level of spiritual awareness.
Our advice is to break down your study or learning time into 30 minute segments. Play the file once, engaging with the energy, asking the energy and the subconscious mind to give importance to everything you are paying attention to. Then, start studying. After the 30 minute segment, take a break. Come back in a short while and repeat the process.
