Battle Insomnia | Yogic Technique | Energy Field
Insomnia is a sleep disorder that is characterised by difficulty falling asleep, staying asleep, or waking up too early and not being able to go back to sleep. Insomnia can have a number of negative effects on health, including:
- Daytime fatigue: Insomnia can lead to excessive daytime sleepiness, which can impair daily activities and increase the risk of accidents.
- Mental health issues: Insomnia is strongly associated with depression, anxiety, and other mood disorders. In fact, it’s often unclear which came first, the insomnia or the mental health issue.
- Reduced immune function: Lack of sleep can weaken the immune system, making it more difficult for the body to fight off infections and illnesses.
- Cardiovascular disease: Chronic insomnia has been linked to an increased risk of heart disease, high blood pressure, and stroke.
- Obesity: Sleep deprivation can alter hormones that regulate appetite and metabolism, leading to weight gain and obesity.
- Diabetes: Insomnia has been associated with an increased risk of type 2 diabetes, possibly due to disrupted glucose metabolism.
- Chronic pain: Insomnia can exacerbate chronic pain conditions, such as arthritis, fibromyalgia, and back pain.
Overall, the negative effects of insomnia on health can be significant, and it’s important to address sleep issues in order to improve overall health and well-being.
Insomnia can be caused by a variety of factors, including:
- Stress and anxiety: Worries, stress, or anxiety can make it difficult to fall asleep or stay asleep.
- Depression: Depression can cause sleep disturbances, including insomnia.
- Medical conditions: Chronic pain, breathing problems, gastrointestinal issues, or other medical conditions can interfere with sleep.
- Medications: Certain medications, such as antidepressants, asthma medications, and pain relievers, can cause insomnia as a side effect.
- Poor sleep habits: Irregular sleep schedules, exposure to screens before bed, and consuming caffeine or alcohol too close to bedtime can all disrupt sleep.
- Environmental factors: Loud noises, uncomfortable temperatures, or a bedroom that is too bright can interfere with sleep.
- Genetics: Insomnia can run in families, suggesting that there may be a genetic component to the disorder.
- Poor diet: What we consume establishes an internal environment, which can disrupt the functions of our internal organs. This can lead to prolonged sleep issues.
- Timing: A healthy routine involves reducing your intake of heavy carbs or sugars, including liquids, at least 3 hours before bedtime. This ensures that there is no spike in insulin or cortisol levels, allowing the body to follow its natural internal clock.
- Aging: As people age, they may experience changes in their sleep patterns that can lead to insomnia.
It’s worth noting that sometimes, the cause of insomnia is not immediately apparent. We highly recommend that you spend sometime considering the above stated causes to ascertain what maybe the root cause of your sleep disorder.
Once you’ve figured out what the cause(s) maybe, establish a realistic plan to bring about necessary changes. As without changes, the below energy field may not provide a lasting solution. You need to work with the energy field.
If you are consuming a number of medications, it will be beneficial to consult your pharmacist or health care professional, to see if alternatives maybe better suited.
Now to the Insomnia Protocol.
We’re energising an advanced yogic technique that alternates vibrations through your brain and body, including all of your organs to firstly, seek out and heal any and all inherent causes of your insomnia, that maybe beyond the causes listed above, and secondly, to bring the body back into balance.
To be able to achieve this, the energy field needs your cooperation to identify any known causes, and to make real life changes, so that the body and mind can heal itself.
The best way to work with this protocol, is to lay down in a comfortable position, preferably on your bed, with all known distractions switched off. Close the curtains or blinds.
Play the protocol on low volume, lay back and close your eyes. Attempt to clear your mind, focusing just on the heaviness of the body. All you should hear, is the slight volume of the protocol playing.
Allow this energy to penetrate into your vibration, bringing your entire being into harmony. After the protocol has played, you can fall off to sleep, or just lay comfortably on your bed for as long as possible.
We recommend you work with this protocol for a minimum of 21 days. You may play this protocol 1 – 3 times per day, through speakers, to expose your entire vibration to the energy field.
Remember to drink plenty of fresh water during the day, not at night before you sleep.
I want to make it clear that this protocol doesn’t interfere with your hormones or utilise melatonin. It is the energy field of an advanced yogic technique to combat insomnia.
Our advanced protocol is a combination of two energy fields. The first is the highest potency of the Youtube version, increasing the intelligence of the energy field, allowing you to work with the energy field to heal the energy of any known causes of your insomnia.
The second energy field is a divine energy field that penetrates the conscious and subconscious minds to raise both to a higher vibration, where the lower vibrations of that which hinder our minds, cannot exist.
Be well!
