The first file is the energy field of the first stage, which is the health purification rite. It purifies the physical body and body level mind. The advanced version will penetrate deep into the most subtle levels of your physical existence. Please cut back on all processed and unhealthy food and drink. Increase your intake of fresh water.
Meditate with this first stage file for between 21 to 90 days, minimum, before you begin utilising the second file in this protocol.
The second file is the second stage of the complete purification rite. It purifies all subtle bodies, the complete mind, the higher self, the soul, raising your awareness to the highest possible plane.
Begin meditating with this protocol after at least 21 days of using the first file.
Continue utilising both files until you reach the levels of awareness you’re seeking.
