Wave of Ultimate Divine Forgiveness
“Forgiveness sets you free!”
Forgiveness—whether directed at ourselves or others—triggers profound physiological and psychological changes that promote healing and well-being.
Here’s what happens in the body and mind when we forgive:
Stress Reduction & Lower Cortisol Levels
- Holding onto guilt, anger, or resentment keeps the body in a chronic stress state, elevating cortisol (the stress hormone).
- Forgiveness reduces cortisol, lowering inflammation, blood pressure, and anxiety.
Activation of the Parasympathetic Nervous System
- Forgiveness shifts the body from “fight-or-flight” (sympathetic nervous system) to “rest-and-digest” (parasympathetic nervous system).
- This promotes relaxation, better digestion, and improved immune function.
Release of “Feel-Good” Neuro-chemicals
- Letting go of grudges or self-blame increases oxytocin (the bonding hormone) and serotonin (mood stabiliser).
- Dopamine (reward chemical) may also rise, creating a sense of relief and lightness.
Reduced Activity in the Amygdala (Fear Centre)
- The amygdala, responsible for fear and anger responses, becomes less reactive.
- Brain scans show that forgiveness decreases activity in areas linked to negative emotions.
Improved Heart Health
- Studies link forgiveness to lower blood pressure and reduced risk of heart disease.
- Harbouring resentment increases cardiovascular strain, while forgiveness eases it.
Stronger Immune Function
- Chronic resentment weakens immunity by keeping the body in a stressed state.
- Forgiveness supports higher antibody production and faster healing.
Neural Rewiring & Emotional Freedom
- Forgiveness engages the prefrontal cortex (responsible for rational thinking), helping reframe negative experiences.
- Over time, this rewires the brain away from resentment and toward empathy.
Reduced Physical Pain & Tension
- Unforgiveness often manifests as muscle tension, headaches, or chronic pain.
- Letting go can alleviate these symptoms by reducing stress-related bodily strain.
Longer Lifespan & Better Mental Health
- Studies suggest that forgiving people tend to live longer and have lower rates of depression and anxiety.
- Self-forgiveness, in particular, reduces shame and self-sabotage, improving self-esteem.
On a spiritual level, forgiveness is a profound act of liberation—one that transcends the physical and emotional realms to touch the essence of our being. Here’s what happens when we forgive from a spiritual perspective:
Release of Energetic Burdens
- Resentment, guilt, and anger act as spiritual blockages, weighing down the soul.
- Forgiveness dissolves these heavy energies, allowing life force (prana, chi, or grace) to flow freely.
Karmic Resolution & Soul Growth
- Many traditions (Hinduism, Buddhism, mystical Christianity) teach that unforgiveness binds us in karmic cycles—repeating lessons until we learn to release.
- Forgiving severs toxic ties to past wounds, freeing the soul to evolve.
Alignment with Divine Love
- In Christianity, forgiveness mirrors God’s mercy (Matthew 6:14–15).
- In Sufism, it reflects the Beloved’s compassion.
- Letting go of grudges aligns us with universal love, dissolving separation.
Heart Chakra Expansion
- In yogic traditions, forgiveness opens the Anahata (heart chakra), dissolving barriers to unconditional love.
- This can manifest as deep inner peace, compassion, and oneness with others.
Surrender & Trust in a Higher Plan
- Forgiveness requires releasing control—trusting that justice, healing, or lessons are in divine hands.
- This surrender invites grace, miracles, and unexpected resolutions.
Liberation from Victimhood
- Spiritually, holding onto blame keeps us stuck in victim consciousness.
- Forgiveness reclaims soul sovereignty, transforming pain into wisdom.
Activation of Sacred Archetypes
- The act of forgiving embodies:
- The Christ/Buddha consciousness (radical compassion).
- The Phoenix (rising from the ashes of betrayal).
- The Alchemist (turning poison into medicine).
- The Christ/Buddha consciousness (radical compassion).
Synchronicities & Flow
- When we forgive, the universe often responds with meaningful coincidences, restored relationships, or newfound purpose.
- Blocked energy (from resentment) gives way to divine flow.
Deepening of Presence
- Un-forgiveness ties us to the past; forgiveness anchors us in the now.
- This presence is where enlightenment traditions say true freedom lies.
A Return to Wholeness
- In mystical terms, forgiveness is remembering our divine nature—beyond ego, beyond wounds.
- It’s the soul’s way of saying: “This pain is not who I am.”
Spiritually, forgiveness isn’t about excusing harm—it’s about transcending it. It’s a sacred fire that burns away illusion, leaving only love, wisdom, and the unshakable truth: You are free.
The best way to explain this protocol is to say that this is the energy field that is a wave of divine forgiveness. The energy envelopes you, allowing you to vibrate with it, releasing all of the burdens you carry within yourself. When you let go, you forgive, allowing you to become free.
Forgiveness doesn’t free the doers of what they may have done to you. They will still receive their karma. By forgiving, you complete your role in the energy transaction, and allow the Universe to take over.
The Youtube version will allow you to forgive yourself and other individuals.
The advanced version allows you to connect with and forgive whole situations, including circumstances, groups of people, your entire lineage for the role they might have played in any situation, or for whatever you’ve inherited through your DNA, and to forgive past lives.
For the Youtube version, you can simply meditate with the file playing, breathe in the energy, then tell it that you surrender all of the burdens you’re still holding onto, and that you are ready to forgive yourself and also others.
With the advanced version, again, breathe in the energy, then tell the energy field that you wish to connect with the energy of said event, and you wish to forgive all those that played a role in it. You release it all to the Universe. You can choose to name names, or request for all those involved to be forgiven.
You may play the file and speak of situations that have happened, then follow it up with “I am ready to forgive….I now forgive…..” Again, you can name names or just say I forgive everyone.
If you do purchase the advanced version, I highly recommend that you create a list that includes your parents, grandparents, members of your lineage that you do not know, your siblings, and anyone else that has played a significant role in your life, and state that you forgive them for anything and everything that they might have done.
We also recommend you do this with Governments, teachers, landlords, and anyone else you can think of that has impacted your life in someway.
Interactions, will create frustrations, that may morph into resentment, that will manifest as problems in other ways.
With the advanced version, you can also connect with past life versions of yourself to forgive everything that you might have done, or anything that anyone else might have done.
The best thing to do in this situation is to issue blanket statements like ‘I now forgive myself for all of my actions, inactions, all roles I may have played in all lifetimes that I have lived’. Follow it up with ‘I now forgive everyone else for all their actions, inactions, and all roles they may have played in all lifetimes that I have lived’.
You can also observe habits and patterns in your life, that you find difficult to change. This might be as a result of some situation in a past life. So, you can ask to connect with the situation in a past life, then forgive yourself, the situation and everyone else involved.
I understand that it might sound too easy just to say ‘forgive’. Your role is to make the decision. The energy field will do the work for you.
Do this for a minimum of 21 days, or longer if you feel the need exists.
Forgiveness will certainly set you free, however, keep in mind that this will involve a clearing process, and so, there may be some detox symptoms.
Also, please understand that forgiveness will nullify active energies. You may feel more silence around you. This isn’t disconnection or depersonalisation. It’s spiritual freedom. The active energies will cease to operate in an active form.
How is this different from the ho’oponopono protocol? The ho’oponopono protocol Is the energy field of a process that allows you to let go.
This protocol is the actual energy field of divine forgiveness, which looks like a wave engulfing you. It’s a more forceful energy, in the sense that you bask within it. You are not running the process or practicing something. You will be engulfed by the energy of forgiveness, and you simply let go of what you want, allowing this to take it and to heal.
Given your circumstances and what you’re wanting to achieve, you can use either this or the ho’oponopono protocol to achieve forgiveness.
