Void Meditation | Energy Field

Void meditation, also known as emptiness meditation, is a contemplative practice where the goal is to cultivate a state of awareness that is free of thoughts, judgments, and distractions. 

This form of meditation emphasises focusing on “nothingness” or allowing the mind to rest in a state of pure awareness without clinging to any particular object, thought, or sensation.
