The Muscular System: Heal, Repair & Restore
The muscular system is an organ system composed of specialised cells called muscle fibres that work together to produce movement, maintain posture, stabilise joints, generate heat, and facilitate bodily functions like circulation and digestion.
The human body comprises of something like 600 muscles.
Components of the Muscular System:
- Skeletal Muscles (Voluntary Muscles)
- Attached to bones via tendons.
- Responsible for voluntary movements (e.g., walking, lifting).
- Striated (striped) in appearance.
- Examples: Biceps, quadriceps, hamstrings.
- Attached to bones via tendons.
- Smooth Muscles (Involuntary Muscles)
- Found in walls of internal organs (e.g., stomach, intestines, blood vessels).
- Responsible for involuntary movements (e.g., digestion, blood flow).
- Non-striated (smooth) in appearance.
- Found in walls of internal organs (e.g., stomach, intestines, blood vessels).
- Cardiac Muscle (Heart Muscle)
- Found only in the heart.
- Involuntary and striated.
- Contracts rhythmically to pump blood.
- Found only in the heart.
Functions of the Muscular System:
- Movement: Enables walking, running, and fine motor skills (e.g., writing).
- Posture & Stability: Maintains body position and balance.
- Joint Support: Helps stabilise joints (e.g., shoulder, knee).
- Heat Production: Generates body heat through contractions (shivering).
- Circulation & Digestion: Smooth muscles help move blood (vasodilation/constriction) and food (peristalsis).
When the muscles in the body are weak, it can lead to various physical, functional, and even systemic problems. Muscle weakness can result from lack of use (atrophy), aging, nutritional deficiencies, nerve damage, or medical conditions.
Here’s what happens when muscles are weak:
Reduced Mobility & Strength
- Difficulty performing daily tasks (e.g., climbing stairs, lifting objects).
- Increased risk of falls and injuries due to poor balance.
- Fatigue after minimal activity.
Poor Posture & Joint Instability
- Weak core muscles lead to slouching or back pain.
- Joints (e.g., knees, shoulders) become unstable, increasing injury risk.
Slower Metabolism & Weight Gain
- Muscles burn calories; weakness reduces metabolic rate.
- Loss of muscle mass (sarcopenia) is common with aging or inactivity.
Circulation & Respiratory Issues
- Weak diaphragm & intercostal muscles can impair breathing.
- Poor muscle tone in blood vessels affects circulation.
Increased Risk of Chronic Diseases
- Weak muscles are linked to insulin resistance, osteoporosis, and heart disease.
Nerve & Coordination Problems
- Muscle weakness from nerve damage (e.g., neuropathy, ALS) affects reflexes and movement.
Common Causes of Muscle Weakness
- Sedentary lifestyle (disuse atrophy)
- Aging (sarcopenia)
- Nutritional deficiencies (low protein, vitamin D, potassium)
- Neurological disorders (MS, Parkinson’s, stroke)
- Chronic illnesses (diabetes, thyroid disorders)
- Medications (steroids, statins)
How to Prevent/Treat Muscle Weakness
Strength training (resistance exercises, weightlifting)
Adequate protein intake (lean meats, eggs, legumes)
Stay active (walking, yoga, swimming)
Manage health conditions (control diabetes, thyroid issues)
Physical therapy (if weakness is due to injury or disease)
This protocol utilises the energy field of the original blueprint of the muscular system, to help you heal, repair and restore the muscles fibres in your body.
You simply play the protocol and consciously direct the energy to where you need it to go. You do this by initially visualising / imaging / thinking that a golden energy is flowing to the affect area in your body, then you hold focus in that part of the body.
For example, if you need muscle fibres around your knee to heal, then think that the energy is flowing to your knee, then hold your attention in the knee for a few minutes. Ask the energy to heal, repair and restore full function.
You can do this once or twice a day, playing the file once per session, then give the body time to utilise the energy field and physical heal itself.
Our advanced version is just over 500% in potency and consciousness of the YT version. This version is great for targeting specific muscle fibres, especially organ related.
Although this is a muscular system protocol, and can be used for healing after a workout, it’s not really intended for muscular growth, rather its to heal, repair and restore functionality.
However, we have used it after a workout and it helped fast track healing and repair.
You can use this with the nutrition protocol to increase required nutrients for the body, or ensure the body is receiving the required nutrients for repair, like proteins.
