Teeth Restoration Protocol

This is a simple protocol that combines a number of energy fields, the aim of which, is to completely restore existing teeth. 

The protocol will help the user rebuild enamel, whiten teeth, and may even help with gum issues. 

The file is best combined with daily or regular oil pulling, and a diet that alkalises the mouth. This means cutting back on sugary foods. 

The best oil to use, primarily due to its antibacterial properties, is coconut oil. 

If you are suffering from gum + teeth issues, sesame oil mixed with clove powder would be a good choice. 

Oil pulling will help with teeth and mouth hygiene, removing bacteria, helping with plaque, and helping the energy fields rebuild enamel. 

Listen to the file a few times a day, continuing use until you’re happy with your results.
