This is the advanced version of the Guru Field, which has an energy output equivalent to over 19 times that of the Youtube version.
The Guru Field connects you directly with the transmission of energy, blessings, love, etc, from your Guru, regardless of whether you know this being or not.
Meditate with the file playing through speakers. The recommended number of times to listen would be 1 – 2 times per day, or as directed by your guru.
I would highly recommend that you drink lots of water when using this file. All transmissions from gurus tend to be in some way transformative, hence you might need to rest as needed.
