This is the long awaited advanced version of our ‘Height Growth’ protocol.
The advanced version comes with the following files:
- Advanced version of the height growth protocol. This file has the power and intelligence of the Youtube version, enhanced just over 1000%. Like all of our advanced files, the increased intelligence of the file allows you to work with the energy to achieve your perfect height. You can engage with the energy to request height growth in specific areas of your body. E.g More growth to the torso or the legs, etc.
- The second file is our advanced level ‘Reopen Growth Plates at ANY Age’ protocol. This is ideal for anyone over the age of 21.
You should aim to use the first file about 3 – 5 times, before you sleep at night.
If you need to use the second file, it is best used during your daily stretching routine. Play the file 2 – 3 times a day. Plan to engage a stretching routine, at least 2 times a day, 7 days a week.
Combine the use of both files, with a properly researched diet and a daily stretching routine.
Please ensure you’re getting a decent amount of calcium, Vitamin D, essential fatty acids, and proteins.
Adding resistance training to your workout routines will help add strength to joints.
