If it’s a health issue, think about the organ you want the energy to flow into. If it’s a situation, think of the situation, as is. Don’t think of the situation changing. Just think of the situation as is. This energy will flow in and cause the vibration of the situation to rise. This rise in vibration is what will cause the change in the situation to occur.
If you have conflict with someone, think of the situation. If you have a goal, think of the goal itself. The longer you can keep your focus on where you want the energy to flow to, the better the effect.
