Andropause
The term often used for “male menopause” is andropause. This refers to the age-related decline in testosterone levels in men, which can lead to symptoms similar to those experienced by women during menopause, such as fatigue, depression, irritability, and reduced libido.
Men typically begin to experience andropause between the ages of 40 and 55. However, the onset and severity of symptoms can vary widely, with some men noticing changes as early as their 30s and others not until their 60s.
Given the diet and lifestyle changes in the last two decades, changes begin to happen in the early 30’s for many men.
During andropause, men may experience a variety of physical, emotional, and psychological symptoms due to the decline in testosterone levels. These can include:
- Fatigue: Persistent tiredness and reduced energy levels.
- Depression: Feelings of sadness, hopelessness, and a lack of interest in activities.
- Irritability: Increased sensitivity and frequent mood swings.
- Reduced Libido: Decreased interest in sex and diminished sexual performance.
- Erectile Dysfunction: Difficulty achieving or maintaining an erection.
- Muscle Loss: Reduction in muscle mass and strength.
- Weight Gain: Increase in body fat, particularly around the abdomen.
- Bone Density Loss: Increased risk of osteoporosis and fractures.
- Sleep Disturbances: Insomnia or changes in sleep patterns.
- Cognitive Changes: Memory problems, difficulty concentrating, and decreased mental clarity.
- Hot Flashes: Sensations of heat and sweating, similar to those experienced by women during menopause.
- Hair Loss: Thinning hair or increased hair loss.
- Changes in Cholesterol Levels: Increased risk of cardiovascular issues.
- Joint Pain: Aches and stiffness in joints.
- Gynecomastia: Enlargement of breast tissue.
- Reduced Motivation: Decreased drive and motivation to engage in activities or pursue goals.
These symptoms can vary in severity and impact from one individual to another.
We’re releasing our andropause protocol, which works with the body intelligence to up regulate androgen receptors and raise testosterone levels back to normal for men between the ages of 30 – 70.
Naturally, all men can utilise this protocol, however this is primarily needed for men aged between 30 and 70.
We do have an advanced version that is a more powerful version than the Youtube version by just over 300%. It will also increase DHT just in the body, not the scalp or prostate. The advanced version also works works with the body and mind to alleviate all emotional and psychological issues.
We recommend listening to this protocol 1 – 3 times, once or twice daily, based on your need.
